Anti Bribery Policy

At Dataqubed Ltd, we are committed to conducting all our business activities with the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and ethical behaviour. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption in any form.

1. Purpose
This policy outlines our position on preventing bribery and corruption to comply with the Bribery Act 2010 and other applicable laws.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Dataqubed Ltd, including employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and any third parties acting on our behalf.

3. What is Bribery?
Bribery is offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to influence a decision or gain an unfair advantage, whether directly or through a third party.

Examples include:

Offering a gift or hospitality to secure business

Accepting kickbacks from suppliers

Making facilitation payments to speed up official processes

4. Our Policy
We do not, and will not, offer, give, request, or accept bribes or improper payments, under any circumstances.

We will avoid doing business with individuals or organisations who do not share our commitment to anti-bribery principles.

We expect all employees and representatives to act with integrity and to report any concerns immediately.

5. Gifts and Hospitality
Reasonable, proportionate gifts and hospitality may be offered or accepted as part of building good business relationships, but must:

Never be intended to influence business decisions

Always be transparent and properly recorded

Be in line with local laws and reasonable business practice

If in doubt, seek approval from a senior manager before giving or accepting any gift or hospitality.

6. Reporting Concerns
If you are offered a bribe, suspect corruption, or have any concerns relating to bribery or unethical behaviour, you must report it immediately to hello@dataqubed.com.

7. Breaches of This Policy
Breaches of this policy will be treated seriously. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and/or reporting to the appropriate authorities.

8. Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains fit for purpose and compliant with all applicable laws and standards.
