With over 30 years of commercial software development experience across a variety of roles, Simon brings deep expertise and perspective to every project. His experience spans the full spectrum - from setting the strategic direction of a programme to rolling up his sleeves and writing the code that makes it happen.
Simon has supported organisations of every size, from helping fast-moving start-ups prioritise and enable the technology they need to reach market quickly, to guiding some of the world’s largest multi-nationals in enhancing their systems and building around complex legacy platforms to extend their reach and deliver greater functionality to customers.
Within the university sector, Simon has worked extensively with institutions across the UK, helping improve the performance and usability of existing student records systems for staff and students, as well as leading greenfield implementations - overseeing everything from system development and configuration to data migration.
