Nina is a highly experienced consultant with 25 years of cross-sector expertise spanning education, government, and not-for-profit. She has delivered large-scale transformation programmes and led diverse teams across business analysis, change, enterprise architecture, IT engagement, testing, and quality assurance. A TOGAF-certified Enterprise Architecture Practitioner, Nina brings strategic clarity and structure to complex challenges, while never losing sight of the human element.

Whether working on a small targeted initiative or designing large-scale programmes, she brings empathy, insight, and unwavering attention to quality.

With a background that includes programme and project management roles in both the UK and Australia, as well as hands-on experience in academic quality, student services, and policy, Nina understands higher education from the inside out.
